yes, it's just a turntable playing the spin the black circle vinyl single.

FINALLY, someone else has seen this! I first saw this back in like 2000-ish. I was in college and we were at our normal hang out Fox & Hound playing darts and this played on the big screens. They always played like DVD or VHS tracks of nothing but videos. This came on one day. I posted about this years ago (over at one of the old message pit incarnations) and nobody had heard of it.

There is a couple of videos like it, just a lad player records and filming it doubt if its official

I don't think it is, but I'm kinda suprised they never released that as a video. It would have fit in really well with their anti video standpoint at the time. You want a video--fine--here's one of music playing
