I don't get this argument.

I don't think that there's any argument.

Well then we agree. I'm just surprised it's being brought up every time the drummers discussion takes place (which is every 5 minutes). Oh well, nevermind.

I'm surprised the drummers discussion still takes place at all, but I'm forever cursed to jumping on it whenever it does.

Maroon 5's Adam Levine Asks Pearl Jam To Become Drummer For The Band

24th November 2012, 09:37

The 'One More Night' singer says he has been practicing to the group's records since he was young.

Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine has made a public request to grunge rockers Pearl Jam to become a temporary drummer for the band.

The 'Payphone' singer took to his Twitter account last night (23rd November) to say that he is ready to fill in for Matt Cameron – who recently kicked off their new tour.

"If Pearl Jam needs a temp drummer while Matt Cameron tours with Soundgarden, I've been practicing to your records since I was 11. I'm READY ," he said in a post on his social networking account.

He added: "1. I'm dead serious. 2. I'm DEAD serious. "

That guy is a bit psychotic. Seriously. Not just for this, other weird stalker behaviour.

BtW, satriani wishes he was townshend. Being able to play four thousand notes a sr one does not a great guitar player make. He's all flash no smash. And certainly no feel either. Kenny g of guitar players. Pointless wank.

I think that's what Angus was getting at.

Where are you hearing these rumours?

Matt has previously featured on an Iommi solo album.

I've listened to a couple of SG radio interviews lately, and in one the DJ asked Matt 'to confirm rumours he had heard about him playing on black sabbaths new album'.
Matt replied with something like: 'I can't really say anything about that', and they moved away from the subject...

Sorry, can't remember which interview..it was one with all the members of SG...
