Anyone able to point me to a link, scan the article, or transcribe it for posting on the TSIS main page?

Sorry B, I just checked the local bookstore, but since "Q" is published in the UK, they get it a little later here in the PacNW. They still have last months issue.

is that a new article? I'll loko it up tomorrow.. but my scanner is not working (well, my USB is not working on my desktop and the scanner not recognised by Vista on my laptop) so can't scan. Best I could do is a photo.

Without having read the article, allow me to summarize: -Pearl Jam has outlasted their grunge peers (Nirvana, Soundgarden, AIC, Smashing Pumpkins) -While the band is older, they're still rocking like they are half their actual age -They're married/have kids -Avocado was their most rocking album since Ten, and this one rocks even harder and it may be their best yet (according to both quotes from band members and the interviewer) -The word "bombast" is used -The End is drenched in strings -The Fixer is their happiest song ever...and it rocks! -Comparisons to any or all of the following: The Who, The Rolling Stones, U2, The Grateful Dead -Ticketmaster -Target -They're innovative! -Eddie likes to surf -George Bush, Obama -Backspacer is the name of their turtle who won that race -Pearl Jam movie in 2010/2011

There is an article about Pearl Jam titled “Last Man Standing” in the latest edition of Q Magazine. The article has some pictures of Pearl Jam’s new rehearsal space and it also reveals that Eddie Vedder owns an iPhone and his new hobby is axe-throwing.

Bart d couldn't do that.
I wouldn't devote that many words to a PJ Chat post.

Scanned through the current edition (with Jacko on the front) today, but could find no mention of Eddie/PJ. Was it in last months edition, or the one due out next?

I went to the store yesterday but didn't saw any article either. The one with MJ on the cover is the August edition, so I take it it's in the September issue.

If they would have had the September issue, I would have bought it and scanned it a.s.a.p. But it's still July. Why would they have the September issue already?

Somebody's got it. I just need them to log in and see my plea.
