from bsbeamer's post later in this thread--stip
Aware Store has a PRE-ORDER available for Pearl Jam "Live at Easy Street". According to the site, the CD will be released on TUESDAY, JUNE 20th 2006.
The blurb: Pearl Jam played a surprise show at Easy Street Records in West Seattle on a Friday night. The result of that once in a lifetime performance has been recorded and will be available for limited distribution. This 7 song EP contains 3 never before released cover songs.
Tracklisting is as follows: 01. Half Full 02. Lukin 03. American In Me 04. Save You 05. Bleed For Me 06. New World (featuring John Doe) 07. Porch
As you may have realized, this is not a complete release. It's an EP and only contains about 1/2 of the full set. Maybe bootlegs.pearljam.com will have the full version?
Pearl Jam's in-store performance at Easy Street Records in Seattle will be released on CD through selected independent record stores. There is no release date yet, but we'll keep you posted.

Death Cab for Cutie recently released a live EP that was supposed to only be available through independant music stores so i bought it from their site. Since then i have seen it en masse in every chain store i've been in .

I just went and took a look at the setlist again of the Easy Street show...damn, what a badass setlist. I'm definitely psyched to pick this up
Here's the setlist in case anyone else hasn't taken a look at it in a while:
set: 1/2 Full, Corduroy, Lukin, Amerikan in Me (The Avengers), State of Love and Trust, Down, Sad, Small Town, Crapshoot, Spin the Black Circle, Even Flow, Save You, Bleed For Me (The Dead Kennedys), New World (with John Doe);
encore: Fuckin' Up, Porch
