It's true. In the last few days, since everyone knows I am a fan, people have been asking me about how to get tickets, etc.

All the casual fans, perhaps hooked on PJ's new stuff, are coming out of the woodwork, so to speak. This really could be a big mainstream year.

Awesome! A similar thing is happening here, with people asking me about the new song on the radio (hopefully Leg 2 will come here so people can ask about tickets!). I'm doing my best to get the word out and hand out the WWS single to anyone who asks.

Another cool part. Some fans are bringing their 15 or 16 year old kids who want to go too.

the only thing people ask me is do you want to come to lunch or are you getting more tickets today?

When my coworkers walk by my desk they always seem to ask me something about PJ. Just the other day one of them said so "I heard the new PJ song on the radio". "It's pertty cool". I was suprised he said this he does not like PJ at all.

I've got a fever...and the only cure is...more cowbell.

It's nice to see some non-die hard PJ fans are enjoying the new stuff.

went to dinner last night at Athena in Greektown Chicago...

I was talking to a Romanian guy...asked him if he liked Pearl Jam and he said he hasnt listened to Pearl Jam in Ten years.

I told him I was going to the two shows in May here at Chicag and he asked if it was for the new album that was coming out.

So at least long lost Pearl Jam fans have awakened.

I know. I feel like PJ should pay me a small stipend for helping everyone out with tix questions, guiding them to the Web site and answering questions about "whatever happened to that ticketmaster thing?"

I have had numerous ticket requests as well questions if any new songs are available from the new album
As I type this, Evenflow just came on Sirius and my office mate trying to fuck with me says "sweet, I love Nirvana."

me too. I wish I was teaching this semester so I could see what kind of exposure WWS has with my students.
