10C was kind enough to send an email when the package shipped this past Monday I got the discs 2 days later.
I believe they don't ship a preorder until the last show you requested is complete. I just received WPB, Tampa, and Bonnaroo a few days ago. People who had also preordered Columbia were getting theirs this week too I think. If you ordered all the way up through Mansfield, there is no telling when it will be ready, but see my theory below:
My discs shipped exactly one month after the last show that I ordered was played. In other words, Bonnaroo was on June 14th and my package shipped on July 14.
I have no other basis for my prediction, but I am guessing that people's discs will ship approx. 4 weeks from the date of the last show you ordered.

I ordered each one separately as soon as they were available. So far I've received WPB, Tampa, Roo, Columbia, VB, and both Camdens, and received shipment notice of DC and NY1.

I should have ordered each one separately. The shipping would have been the same, but I'd have VB by now. I still don't even have a shipping email about any of them.

Anyone get their physical boots yet, or email confirmation yet? If so, for what shows and where are you?

I ordered Bonnaroo and got it 2 days ago, only ordered one but they gave me 2 copies. Go figure, I'll give one to some friends who came to Bonnaroo with me.

Ordered mp3s for the shows I went to, except for the Hartford show. The fiance ordered the actual cds for that one, and we still don't have them. Not that I mind, just thought they'd be there by now.

i got mSG 1 and 2. Ed's vocals and the crowd needs to be turned up in the mix. I shouldn't just hear Stone and Jeff during Why Go. That's nonsense.
Yeah, does Barrett Jones have an AutoMix 5000 or something? Listen to the choruses of Faithful at MSG1...Matt (or whoever) is louder than Eddie...panning doesn't cut it for my tastes.
