they have a ton of new ringtones on there, including random (and oddly selected) ones from the 2008 tour and all the tracks from ten... theyre listed as 'remastered/clean'

if you listen to the previews, you can hear the songs (obviously). i cant tell if theyre different from the old school ten or not... i havent listened to it for quite some time, and these are only ringtones so its tough to tell really. what do youse guys think?

They sound brighter and thinner. I'd expect the official release to have more body to it.

If anyone is a sprint customer, they have a bunch of PJ songs available for ringtones too. I love the way people look at me when my phone has EV screaming at the beginning of Do The Evolution.

I had a bunch of PJ ringtones back when I had Nextel (worst service EVER), and Do the Evolution was probably the best one. Yellow Ledbetter was maybe as good. I don't like ringtones with singing, and those two were the beginnings of the songs.

My ringtone is the intro to Soundgarden's "Loud Love". It's perfect.

I'm sporting Wesley Willis' "They Threw Me Out Of Church" as my ringtone....which I first heard Ed play on Self Pollution Radio back in '95.

I just changed mine from the last :30 seconds of Rhapsody in Blue to the first :30 seconds or so of DTE.

hmm mine's a joe satriani song
but i do have betterman as my alarm. i mean it works, but i really have grown a distaste for that chorus and need to change it. but i don't buy ringtones so i need to remember the good free tone site i used for these two...

what's weird about these ringtones is they don't have a remastered jeremy up(unless they put it up and forgot to tag it as remastered and also never had another Jeremy up), but they do have a remastered Master/Slave...

and the EFlow sounds like the single/video version.

The notion that one could distinguish between "original" and "remastered" audio as it plays on your cell phone just seems crazy to me.

Even if you can hear a distinction on some website, I just can't believe that the cell phone speaker provides the fidelity to make a damn bit of difference either way.
