Chileans and Portugueses are the biggest fans according to this.
actually, if you look at the period 2004-Present, The US is way down the list! (and the UK doesn't register anywhere unsurprisingly )

when a child does something bad and one parent tells another they force ownership on the child on the other parent. "Did you hear what our son did--he just made the football team' as opposed to "your son just crashed the car." So it's NY when that works best for me and the Northeast when that works best
