What a cluster f#ck 10CL is.....
At no point does this message indicate a reimbursement. It says they accidentally over charged you and to remedy it, they will charge you $168....... which makes $355 for two tickets.

Yeah, I did... I was a joking.
Read it, it never mentions a refund, just says you were charged $187 and to fix it, they will charge you $168 implying a seperate additional charge...
