EDIT (6/1/09): Just wanted to point this out. I initially scored a balcony seat for this gig back in April when they went on sale. Thanks to this tip about lower level orchestra seats being available, I contacted Ticketmaster customer service for the DC/Baltimore area and spoke with a woman who, after speaking with her supervisor, upgraded my ticket to the Orchestra for a $10 service/exchange charge. She said normally any ticket is finalized upon purchase, but because I bought the ticket so long ago, they could switch my seat and move me closer to the stage.
