Regarding the upcoming tour, when asked about being in rehearsals Ed laughed and said there would be none and that “we know what we’re doin’, we’ll be alright. I’d rather spend time out on the water.”

This is never a good thing.
Is this from an interview or something? What are you quoting?

Yeah, like before the 06 tour how they brought back Why Go, among others.
I just cringe when I listen to the 03 Australian shows, it's like they are a different band. You could tell they didn't really rehearse much before that tour. Hopefully the iron out some kinks before the Toronto show.

Well they rehearsed a fair bit before 2006 and you could really notice. Listen to Toronto #1 2006 and then listen to Brisbane #1 2003. Someone else has already made a similar point.
I read that shit and I've gotta say that's one of the most disappointing things I've read. It's a fucking insult to me.
I've obviously never had a band on their level, but I've always made damn sure to know my shit goin in. I can handle some fuckups, but not rehearsing is just HALF ASSED BULLSHIT.
As the guitar player in a crummy bar band I would never have played a song that wasn't well rehearsed. I can't imagine doin it as a professional in one of the biggest bands in the world..... Why are their prices goin up again??
