My opinion is just going to be a repeat of what everyone else has already said. Evacuation is interesting, Severed Hand has a great bridge, maybe the best part of that song. Evolution, I think You Are has a really cool bridge with ed singing over it in a couple octaves. Corduroy.

I think unless it is a Matt song PJ has a very distinct way of writing a bridge usually consisting of inverted chords of the songs usual progression.

It's a bridge / outro but I've always loved the breakdown into the outro in 1/2 Full. Stoney rhythm guitar amazingness giving way to a passionate vocal by Ed (including the Ten like "eehee-e-ees").
