Actually, the idea of combining those albums is pretty great because Wild worked so much better in parts but didn't really have enough material, and s/t had so many missteps.

But starting with two songlets is silly.
I dunno. It has sort of a moody, scene-setting feel much like the first couple of songs on Floyd's Obscured by Clouds or Bowie's Low. It would have ruffled feathers for sure, but it's the kind of step I've been dying to hear Pearl Jam take, yet I know that it would never actually happen.

Pearl Jam from 2003 till now should have released a couple of christmas singles, sent out by christmas, nothing more.
