That's a crap argument. It's like me arguing with people that golf is a sport and is awesome because I play it and love it, and they don't.

And hey, I hate beets, but my girlfriend loves to eat them. BLASPHEMY!!

Damn. I wish Ed's voice still resonated and sounded as deep and clear and strong as it does on these recordings. Thank's for posting those.

He sounded fine on the recent solo shows I heard.

I'm petty sure we all want to hear the studio versions...but no one has them. The people that do don't want to share. I can't say I blame them though. I'd love to hear this record though

A uke version of "can't keep" from "burn to shine" was floating around somewhere. Pretty close to a studio version imo. Here's the video, I don't have this one on mp3.

Someone mentioned there is a version of Goodbye from this documentary too. Does anyone have a rip of that?

Half right... "Goodbye" is actually featured in the "a brokedown melody" soundtrack.
I'll put it on the Gmail thingy.

Haha. Ok, I give up you got me. My original point being that there are so many great postings on here that I would love to participate in, and have everyone else participate in (again, apparently me telling people what to do), and am sick of seeing three to four good posts and then endless arguing about an invalid point. "Can't Keep" can be found on Burn to Shine, like it was said above, and "Goodbye" is on Brokedown Melody. I think I have heard other Uke songs that are studio recordings I just can;t remember where or when. And, by the way, golf is a sport. My point was that he inspired me to play uke. Tis all. Leave it alone now.

1) Golf truly is a sport
2) I too was inspired to learn the uke, and haven't been able to put it down for six years now.
3) If you have heard other studio recordings...you have my envy
