Eddie Vedder – political activist, soundtrack composer, sports fan and sometime rock star – is soon to be the subject of Uncut ’s regular An Audience With...feature, and we’re after your questions.
So, we wonder, is there anything you’ve always wanted to ask him?
Where’s his favourite place to surf?
What’s the prize record in his apparently huge collection of classic vinyl?
What does he remember about playing with The Who at the Royal Albert Hall in 2000?

This article would be used around the time the new album comes out I assume. This is a great sign.
I'd think more likely when they're coming in august.

I'd actually ask a sensible question. Did you encounter much resistance from Stone or Jeff when you took over the bulk of the songwriting duties?
That question makes an outside assumption, don't you think? Is it really true that Ed does the bulk of songwriting? I don't think so.
I'd ask him what song he currently enjoys playing live the most and why.
i'm not sure how well founded the belief is, but there's a widely held belief that vitalogy is mostly ed, and he also has solo credit on 5 no code songs

The guys in the band refer to him as the main songwriter in the band but who are they to tell.

I asked a question. It will def. be printed.
Uncut is an excellent magazine, btw. Alan Jones, the Editor, is perhaps my fave musical journalist.

1) Do you feel that Pearl Jam has progressed or regressed in recent years? 2 What is the most gratifying aspect of being a high-profile musician? On the flip, what is the most cumbersome aspect?
Just for added measure...
The world will be much better with you in it.. please consider not smoking (I have been smoke-free for 6 years now... cold turkey) you CAN do it. Try chewing lots of gum... & keep yourself busy...
