Are Pearl Jam's setlists at festivals shorter than their regular shows? I am planning on going to Outside Lands and was wondering if I should expect a shorter set than usual. I remember hearing about their long set at Bonnaroo- 3 hours, right? I'm hoping for an epic set at Golden Gate Park.

Most of you probably know last time they played Golden Gate Park was in '95 when Eddie got sick and couldn't go on after 7 songs. I know they still have regrets about that show. Maybe they have something special in mind.

I was even thinking about making T-Shirts bridging the 1995 and 2009 Golden Gate Park Shows. "Pearl Jam Golden Gate Park, 1995-2009: Vedder Late Than Never." Maybe 10Club can rush some out! I'll prob use gorilla tape and make my own.

i know Roo didnt have a curfew, and was basically 24 hours a day, so that is probably different. They played about 2.5 hours i think. i think they would have played longer without Kanye's stupid stage setup time.

Well they must be headlining Friday night, though I'm sure there's a strict curfew in place. I'd say probably a 2 hour set, with a guaranteed play of Red Mosqutio in reference to the 95 debacle.

also going to Outside Lands and a bay area liver here. Don't expect the show to go past 10pm. There are residential areas surrounding the park so there IS a strict curfew set. PJ go on at 7:50 and are scheduled to end at 9:50. Assuming they go on time, they will probably be able to push it the extra 10 minutes, but not anymore.
