you should be able to buy the album at any record store (its being distributed through Universal i believe), but it wont be the Target version... you can only get that at Target (which we don't have in Canada). so if you're not making a trip to the US anytime soon, you'll have to settle with (i'm assuming) just a regular retail version... which won't come with the 2 free shows
What are Canadian indie retailers going to have? Just the Universal-distributed retail version I guess huh? I want the hard bound version (I have both versions of the S/T and the hard cover is classy), but that shipping charge, especially in this day and age. Whew! Hard to justify paying $30 or whatever for essentially a "built-in" booklet! lol

I'm in Australia and I bought the normal retail one that came for sale over here, and I am able to get the 2 free shows. So I reckon any of the ones released by Universal have the free shows, not just the "Target version"
