Windows media player isn't recognizing Backspacer as Backspacer. It shows up as the self-titled one. Is there a fix for this or do I have to edit these individually?

Yeah, lots of people with this problem. I assume it's a bug with WMP, rather than anything wrong with the CD.

At least the CD isn't playing Avocado.

Maybe the coding on Backspacer is the same as Pearl Jam.

Honestly? No. Their albums tend to sound like mp3s even on CD. If any of them had ever heard how vinyl sounds they wouldn't put that out.

haha same problem here. i think backspacer just has to be added to the database that wmp gets its tags from.. give it a couple days and hopefully it'll show up. I wound up ripping my cd using iTunes instead of WMP b/c iTunes recognized it properly.
