Just from hearing EV play it solo, I think the verse chord to Unthought Known are: F-G/B-C-C7. I', still working on the second chord but I'm not far off. Practical music theory would suggest a G of some sort I would think.

I did tab out the intro to The Fixer and put it on Ultimate-Guitar but for some reason it hasn't gone through, so I'll re-tab it when I get a chance. Basically just an F chord on the 7th, 5th and 3rd fret. Lifting off the pinky.
Makes no sense now but I'll re-make the tab later. Very easy intro.
I'm no guitar genius or anything, but are some of the chord progressions such as on JG, ATW and one or two others very similar to Life Wasted (which itself was built off of the riff in an early-2000s live improv they did)?

Okay. I don't often write out tabs, but I've used what others have done plenty of times, so maybe I can help. Here's what I've been playing for Unthought Known. I don't think it's perfect, but it works if you just want to play along a bit or play by yourself. Hope it's readable; spacing is a bit tricky...
First part, palm-muted. Hit each one 7-ish times.
E x x x x B x x x x G x x x 3 D 3 0 2 2 A 3 3 3 3 E x x x x
Second part, ("Look for love..."), again, hit each one several times.
E x x x x B x x x x G 1 1 0 3 D 3 0 2 2 A 3 3 3 3 E x x x x
Third part ("Nothing left...")
E x x x x B 3 3 1 0 G 2 2 0 0 D 0 3 2 0 A x x 3 1 E x x x x
And then repeat the different parts as they come up. Hope that helps, or at least gives people a starting point...

i've figured out the chords to Just Breathe mostly after listening to that song over and over. Getting the fingerpicking down is a bit of a challenge if you're not used to fingerpicking, so i'm trying to practice daily to get as decent as Ed is with it.
Intro/verse: C chord (yes I understand, that every life must end...) G chord (uh huh.....) fingerpicked...and so forth. Use the pinky on the high E string fretting the third fret for the verse, and fret and unfret the third fret of the B string for the G chord (also don't fret the high E) listen to the track for the little notes that make the verses more than just the normal C and G chord
pre-chorus: Am, F (again play with fingering to get the proper sounds, but thats the root chord)
Chorus: G, F, G, F (did I say that I need you...did i say that I want you...) F, F? (If i didn't i'm a fool you see...) the F? is the only one i'm kinda confused about...I finger a regular F chord (not the bar chord but just fretting the D, G, and B strings) but I release my middle finger so its kind of fingered like a regular C chord but the actual C note (3rd fret A string) is not fretted.....
Play with that and the fingering and it should be ok.
I got frustrated trying to figure out The End, so i'm not going to even try to post it here, though I can mostly figure out the verse (and its tuned half a step down if you're playing along to the album version)
When the speed of sound demo this guy posted on You Tube his acoustic rendition of it. He slaps a capo on the 4th fret and plays with the G string for the ascending/descending melody notes
He's rather good and his other pearl jam acoustic covers are nice
Enjoy!

This is me playing "Unthought Known." It might not be exactly correct but it sounds pretty good (I think.) I did this before hearing the album version (which is awesome) and now want to try it again. Anyway...this video and my chord description should help you get started. Have fun.
Thanks to everyone else above for help with "Just Breathe" and other songs...it's a big help.
If your registered for the Giventowail.com message boards - there is a good tab for "The End" there. If you are not registered then the discussion thread about tabs doesn't show up and you can't access it.

I have Just Breathe, and The End complete. I'll post it after I get back from the Jaguars football game. I know The End was already done and thank you for the post. I made a minor adjustment to the tab. Love the new album!!!!!!!!!
I put up Unthought Known, Just Breathe and The End on youtube.
Let me know if you want these tabs. I think Unthought Known and The End are right on. I don't think Just Breathe is quite right though. Def need to work on that one.
