Well I woke up early drank to much coffee this morning and off I went to find Backspacer T-Shirts in Jacksonville Florida. Only two Targets in the city were listed so it seemed like I had a fair chance to pick up a few. The first Target I went to had the Backspacer album, Fixer vinyl single, and Rock Band game/cd combo. The shirt was not in. So I went about an hour away to the other store in town that was listed as the other carrier. I searched the men's section and finally asked one of the employee's what I was looking for and if it was on the floor yet. She looked too and said that it was was in and to come back in a few days. I thanked her and walked away but only to ask some other employee if he could double check for me. I said hey man I drove an hour from the other store could you please check for me? The other person said it was not in, so sorry to bother you but... could you look. He was funny. He was like WOW your on a mission Uh? So I explained my love for PJ and the exclusive T-Shirt promo and the fact that I drank to much coffee and he was like me too thats not a bad thing. Well it pays to ask someone else. After 10 min. or so and this guy blowing up everyones walkie talkie he came out of the back room with the T-shirts. I thanked the man again and he was like thats what I'm here for. I guy that checked me out was like OH Pearl Jam shirts. You must be the guy that had everyone looking for this. YEP.. Thats right. So if you can't find the shirt in your Target ask someone else that had to much coffee too. They seem to be more motivated to help. HAHA.. The shirts are really nice, no tags, soft and way better than what I expected. NIce job PJ. Thanks. Thanks again for another memorable album release day. I can remember every album I bought on release day and listening to it in the car or at home. Thanks again this album is great.

At the Target store I went to, they were behind the camera counter. Only one t-shirt per customer. They only had two shirts of each size, nothing bigger than an XL. $20 I think. Didn't get one.
yeah so I live in Canada eh, there isnt a Target store within a 5 hour drive. So I resigned myself to picking up the album from HMV. They sent our a flyer this week and it had a full page dedicated to PJ. They were supposed to have the backspacer tshirts (not the spaceman ones) So I went to wait for the store to open, NO SHIRTS!!!!!!! very very sad!
thank you. i drove 30 mins to a local target store to find that all 7 that came in sold out asap. i was on this site earlier today before i left to go the store and it wasn't up at the time.

I was going to buy one at my local Target but all but the XL was way to short. No one wants to see my belly button.
I really hate whats happened to PJ merchandise. I still buy them . They fit snug but alright at first and then no matter what after washing they are unwearable as far as shrinking goes.

lol So its very New Wave eh?
I suppose. I have the same issues with a lot of shirts though. I'm 6'2 but I am swimming in anything bigger than a medium.

I'm 6'4" and Pre-Binaural shirts fit perfectly. Nice thick fabric too.
I was lucky and they had shirts behind the counter. The target near me is under renovation so I don't think many people hit it up. They only had a couple CDs left but a box full of shirts. There was virtually no advertizing in the store. I wouldn't have known a new PJ album was on sale if I didn't know a new PJ album was for sale. : P~
I quite like the shirt though. It's very soft. 25% to charity is very generous. Niiice
