I was working out at the gym last night and the Alive video came on the close circuit tv channel and I freaked out. It usually plays the likes of Usher and Blink-182. Suffice to say I was so pumped I deep squatted about 600 pounds.

don't you wear headphones or something? i've been working out for a while now and i have pj to thank for keeping me into it! it seems to be the only place (besides my car) where i can lose myself in the music and play it as loud as i want!
i love the stair climber to corduroy and evenflow on the treadmill... the weights are for the acoustic sets... i have the setlist all worked out before i work out!
thanks again pj, for keeping me fit!

Actually we have close circuit tv in our rec center that shows all sorts of programming including music videos. My favorite album to run to is the Up side of the Greatest Hits.

When I'm in the gym, I like to have music that really fires me up. Metallica is the first to come to mind. I thought about listening to PJ, but...naahhh.

I can only listen to Pearl Jam when Im doing Cardio, because for me its more "chill music" than anything else. Its difficult to get all jacked up to do heavy lifting to it, but its good for cardio, because it helps the time fly by.

Go/Animal is quite a warmup
I agree.
I also like to listen to Vitalogy....Not for you really gets me going. The first 4 songs on TEN are good for cardio too.

Listen to a '92 show. Other than Black and Garden, I promise it won't be "chill".
