Oh man is that douchie.
Didn't that come out on Jeff's solo album as he said Ed didn't like it enough to write lyrics to it? Or am I thinking of something else?
Not sure about that, but yeah that title has Ament stink all over it.
I just checked, there's a track called "The Forest" on there - that's one I'm thinking of, Jeff said he put it forward as a Pearl Jam song but Ed was never keen on it.

Sometimes when I go walkin' among the tall trees, I feel the light comin' down on me. Under moon, under sun, I feel the chosen one, Through the mist, come walkin' here with me.

This appears a hidden track on Pearl Jam's 2009 release, Backspacer, which appears after "The End." Some fans are calling it "I Was Still Here, But Not Anymore" and yet others call it "00:04:40." This is worth a listen as I believe it has more emotional power than the rest of the album that surrounds it. An outtakes EP is slated to drop sometime in the future and we should look forward to seeing more folk material like this from the band now that Eddie Vedder is taking a look at life from a different perspective. Thank you for reading.
