Can anyone help me out. I believe the site is not in the English language. I'm not exactly sure what language its in. (can't remember) But there was this image in the background...(where I got my avatar)

searched a little in my favourites and couldn't come up with anything.
it was a common background back in 2000 though.

Not sure how to help you with the site request but I have to say it is an awesome picture for an avatar. I always wanted to get a black t-shirt with that gas masked man on it.
