This band are too old for hipsters (except Platty) to ever like. Making a CDR is a huge waste of time.

"Hipster" is kind of like "douchebag" only artsier.

Just burn a copy of Yield and include a copy of Pitchfork's 8.0 review. Your friend should be able to tell you exactly what he thinks of it before even hearing it.

In that case, don't even bother with the CD--just give 'em the Pitchfork review.

I'm going to burn this CD tonight and give it to the sonofabitch on the weekend. I'll let you know what he thinks!

Here's what I'm going with. I'll have to listen to it in order to make sure it has a hipster-friendly flow.

Of the Girl
Push Me, Pull Me
In My Tree
Green Disease
W.M.A.
Grievance
Insignificance
No Way
Tremor Christ
I Got Shit
Sad
Parachutes
Who You Are
Aye Davanita
Can't Keep
Last Exit
All Those Yesterdays

Switch No Way and Tremor Christ and move Last Exit after Sad.

I would never bother with this at the risk of the hipster friend turning around and pushing his music on me.

Gonna be hard to beat this one out for "best point of the day," though it's still early.

Good news everyone! He doesn't not like it! "Not bad!" was the exact quote I think. He didn't get too specific, but he mentioned All Those Yesterdays and Can't Keep as being his favorites.
