it's a holiday single, and the day you get the single is the holiday!

I assume, from that radio show.

It's nice to know that 10C thinks their awful business practices are funny.

Why don't you start a band and sell millions of records?

I have as much chance of selling a million records in the future as Pearl Jam does.

I listened to that. Tim was laughing the same way I laugh when my boss wants something impossible, and there's no way in god's green earth it's gonna get done. I'm sure he knows how futile it is to try and herd Pearl Jam into taking action on this single. He's left with no recourse but to laugh.

And the ting about "the day you get the single is the holiday" ... that was The Rob.

That being said ... he said they went "back into the vault" for this one. "Not necessarily something rare, but something special."

That will fit in nicely with the Immortality/Rearviewmirror Record Store Day 7" that is exactly the same as the ones you can get on ebay from the 90s for cheaper.

I guess that would be OK, shades of 2000, anyway. I can think of several things that would fit into that category. As long as it keeps to the spirit of what the annual single should be. I'd rather have something no-so-rare, but cool, than another crappy Mike song (sorry, dude can't sing).

A.) Rockin' in the Free World (VMAs w/ NY)
B.) Dock of the Bay

this would be acceptable, but I didn't think the quality on Little Sister was all that good. I don't think it was that much better than the aud. recording of the show.

Bridge '94 would be kinda cool. Jack's first show, and acoustic Not For You amuses me.
