nope, not if the street date is for november. i worked in a record store for 5 years, and believe me breaking street date is the ultimate sin. i know places will do it a lot of times by a day or 2, but not that much. a lot of times what happens is that stores will get projected release dates and they will go ahead and make their marketing signs and what not. so more than likely wal-mart made their marketing stuff and they put the "release date" out thinking it will be there that day. bet you a million dollars though they will not have it.

What's funny is that none of the swears on Riot Act were censored, even though that it Wal-Mart's policy. It probably has to do with the fact that Pearl Jam has never been profiled as an "offensive" band.
