Lots of tracklist threads lately, and concept albums fascinate me... you guys might remember my contribution to the ST concept album thread... so how about this... Try to make a concept album out of a number of songs, taken from anywhere in Pearl Jam's discography.
Here's mine. I might adjust it a bit, I threw it together in like 3 minutes:

As an FYI, just because the word love appears in a song title (or lyric) doesn't mean the song is about love, and just because a religious sounding word appears in a title doesn't mean the song is about religion. However, all wave metaphors are exclusively about surfing.

AYE DAVANITA: Overture; scenes from a girl's pastoral childhood.
BLOOD: Innocence is lost when the girl gets her first period in history class (which, ironically, also happens to be her first period class), in an embarrassing public spectacle which results in her being nicknamed "first period" and becoming a social outcast. Graphic, uncontrollable menstruation continues throughout the girl's teen years, sending her deeper and deeper into social isolation.
I'M A BOY (Who cover): With no friends to socialize with, and therefore no activities on which to spend her money, the girl--tired of her predicament--saves every cent she earns at her high school Dairy Queen job to pay for a sex change.
JEREMY: Predictably, the sex change creates even more identity confusion and disillusionment. Upon reaching her breaking point, the girl returns to the first period classroom which was the site of the original episode, and shoots herself in the face in front of the class, ten years after the fact.
FOOTSTEPS: However, the suicide fails. The girl's face is irreparably scared, and to surprise, she finds she lives in a state where suicide is actually held illegal by the law. As a result, she is prosecuted for her suicide attempt, convicted, and sentenced--ironically--to death by firing squad. Here, she sits on death row, awaiting her execution.
EVACUATION: Just when it appears that her fate is sealed, the prison is stormed by a band of renegade transgenders known as the "Girl-to-Guy-ance Alliance," who promise the girl that, if she promises to join their league, they will break her out of the prison. She agrees, and an elaborate dance routine is performed as the collective exits the facility, violently dispatching all guards and prison staff on their way out.
SUPERSONIC: As they drive away from the prison, the alliance listens to some mind-bogglingly sah-weet rock and roll.
GUARANTEED: Girl is later found dead near a broken-down bus in the middle of Alaska.

I have this idea of following a couple's life, but am too lazy to go find the songs.
Two young people meet each other, find love, and then split. (Black is in there somewhere.) They each go through their own distinct downward spirals. (Daughter. Unemployable. Betterman. maybe some other stuff) They meet again later in life (Elderly Woman) Find a more mature love (Just Breathe and probably something else). Inevitable death and loneliness (Other Side, Long Road)

An album of all songs written by Stone? You may have something there.
