I thought so. The 3 pictures inside the gatefolds feature Dave K., Jack, and Matt. Poor, Dave A.
They're such dicks when it comes to Abbruzzese - it's really quite odd.
When it comes to Abbruzzese? How about just in general?
Well, yeah.
Dicks by omission, maybe? I'd like to imagine they don't have much idea of how 10C runs these days, at least in regards to the specifics.
At some point, they have to be held accountable (in perception anyways). They are Joe Paterno to the Ten Clubs Jerry Sandusky. We are all ten year old boys in the shower.

Yeah, I edited my post because it felt too apologetic.
It's their "fanclub", it's their fans; the buck ultimately stops with them.
Yep, a couple little administrative fuck ups can be pawned off on the underlings. . The scope and consistant nature of the general "fuck you" given to large percentages of the fan base with each and every decision (and the unapologetic reasonings behind them) is also the fault of the band, if only for their continued support of these idiots.

I don't remember what I paid, but I think those prices are lower.

BD was originally $70, and now it's $40.

The Pitters that started the restocking petition are elated. A lot of the ones who paid $70 are furious. There's quite a broad spectrum of members whose reactions are in between these emotions.

I wish there had been a cheaper option when I bought mine, but I'll get over it. I got a cool, limited edition box. I don't know if it was worth an extra $20, but I wrote off that cash a year ago.

Festival DVD would have been impressive.
