If Pearl Jam decided to do another acoustic gig in the style of the MTV Unplugged (NOT the Benaroya Hall one), what would be a good choice for the set?

i would be much more interested in hearing non acoustic songs acoustic than just a set of slow songs.

I can understand that, but since the band's slower and quieter material is often overlooked in the live sets I see the point behind structuring a set that relies on that part of the catalogue rather than acoustic versions of the usual Alive/Given to Fly/Even Flow staples.

If it's in the style of MTV Unplugged I think 24 songs is a little long? What was MTVU, like 8 songs? Most of the suggestions look like Benaroya style which is a long set list with slow songs.

They tried this on MTV Unplugged. Granted, it was 1992, but I don't think it worked very well.
Agreed (I do really like that version of porch, though). But I think they would do a much better job at it today.
