So is this show like a Philly deal? Totally overrated? I remember people saying it was the "greatest Pearl Jam show of all time". I'm not sure if I should bother downloading it now.

I really enjoy this boot up until Rats. In Hiding is great.

The main set is okay, some minor flubs, but the encores are shambolic at best.

I doubt it's one I'll return to again.

I didn't even listen to the encores.

Good decision.

There are exactly 2 songs between the two encores that I'd be interested in hearing. Not enough to listen to the set.

And one of them is a song modern Pearl Jam just doesn't do well.

While the Encores are a bit of a disappointment, the main set is definitely worth your time.

All Or None, Education, Sad, In Hiding, Parachutes, Hard To Imagine, and Gods' Dice are among the best performances of these songs I've heard, and besides a minor error from Matt in In Hiding, they are all flub-free :nice:

Forgot to add that it is mixed by Brett Eliason with the same 'texture' as LOXL, so it's easily one of the best boots from this era sound-wise

Just had a listen to the main set. It's great! I really enjoy the setlist. The band sounds sober and focused. Not like Philly at all. Eddie sounds great too. I haven't listened to the encores yet.

The coveted Cameronia endorsement. This makes me feel good about having ordered the CD.

If I was to hear "All or None" as an opener, particularly a version as good as this, I'd be like, "fuck yeah, bring it on".

..

...

Yeah...that might be a slight understatement...

What up, Holmes?
