So for folks who've ordered the hard copy CD of this: How long did you wait for it? Mine supposedly "shipped" about two weeks ago, figured I'd have seen it by now. Historically I've received my bootlegs in less than a week.

Mine took about 2 weeks to reach Australia - I'd give them a call...

I ordered about 3 weeks ago, havent got it yet. I think they screwed up my address. I emailed tenclub about it, they said its not our problem contact kufula. Contacted them twice and havent heard. Very frustrating, I dont buy many bootlegs but now I dont plan to buy any unless I was at the show.

So it's still not here. I contacted 10C, and 10C pawned me off to Kufala. Kufala hasn't returned my email, so I sent a second, more strongly worded email to both parties. What rotten customer service. This might well be the last time I deal with either of these organizations.

I basically just said it was getting tiresome waiting around for my order while no one seemed interested in providing me any customer support, especially seeing how my bank account had already been charged. I also informed them that I still regularly purchase hard copy products from their company and wrote that, in an era where virtually anyone can come by free music effortlessly, I didn't suspect I was the kind of customer they would wish to lose as a result of lazy customer service.
The thing is, I would be totally forgiving of virtually any answer I was given, so long as they owned up to it and made efforts to rectify it. But being given the runaround pisses me off, and the generally unprofessional vibe I've always gotten from the Ten Club doesn't exactly afford them the benefit of the doubt where these things are concerned. But oh well--seems like it's all good now.

You probably could have gotten some free shit with a simple Better Business Bureau threat.

Jeff and Matt sound great here, it reminds me of how good they sounded in LOTL in comparison with recent boots. Brett sure knows how to make them shine.

So, this is a pretty good show. Starts off a bit rocky, "All or None" avoids any major mishaps but is extremely tentative, and Eddie kind of makes a mess of the words to "Education." But after that it's much better than I'd expect an all-rarities-type show to be. A solid A-/B+. I'd love to see PJ do more club gigs like this.
