Yup, Spence, and the version of Other Side with Joseph Arthur singing was as good, maybe better, than the PJ version. Going by those two tunes, this record might be a little less left-of-centre than the last one. |

I never really heard Tone. The samples on this don't really excite me. I just can't take him seriously as a vocalist. |

Totally interested as I think Jeffs Tone is the best grunge-related material since Riot Act. Would love a vinyl but it seems unlikely :/ |

Looking forward to this one! I enjoyed Tone for what it was, it had some real good songs. The samples sound already promising. 20 years in PJ and Jeff is still very much inspired to make music, Tres Mts was rockin' and his solo record are a nice addition to the PJ universe. |

I wish Pearl Jam would just randomly put up their album on Amazon with previews with a release date of tomorrow. Weird. Good on Jeff though. I'll listen to the samples later but I didn't like Tone at all. I'd prefer it if he either got other vocalists or just made instrumentals. |
