I think it's just a poster art thing.

So, since it took me whole minutes to figure out how to screencap it, let me post this again:

Here's the first one. I guess it has to do with poster artists. I wish they'd explain it a little bit more.

it seems fairly self explanatory.

the "Vs." likely just refers to the two artists collaborating on a single poster.

i'm looking forward to the todd mccfarlane one.

I didn't expect much, but ...

We know you're always excited to see the posters for each show. We're going to be collaborating with local artists all over Europe to design our posters and them share them here each day on Instagram. Check back pictures of the posters and links to the artists' websites.

Two extra sentences share a lot more info.

I don't think they're local European artists, B.

Yeah, I don't see what else needs to be explained.

these guys seem to know a little something:

Pearl Jam announced the artist lineup for the European tour posters as the Vs. Series and said there would be collaborations. Here is the first nights poster done by Tara McPherson and Jeff Soto for the show in Manchester England. Good to see them changing things up once again and have teams of artists doing the posters, this should really yield some great work.

Here are some of the other artists doing posters for the tour
Munk One
Chuck Sperry
Ames Bros
Todd McFarlane
Brad Klausen
Frank Kozik

I was getting these through twitter ... I didn't see that there's more info on their facebook.
