In what city/venue did they play the secret warm-up show before the '98 North American Yield Tour (i.e. Matt Cameron's first full show)?

In 1996 Ed & The Fastbacks were playing a gig in Holland. Ed was interrupted by a meathead who yelled "F- You!" Ed had a decent retort and kept playing.
