Mike was on the rock morning show this morning in Seattle. Solid stuff. Talked about Layne/Kurt, Crohns, Flight of Mars, writing music for TV. By then, I was in the parking garage and had to go to work. Happened to catch it on the way into the office.

pretty good stuff. Going into the studio in late April, hammer out a new album in May, tour at the end of the year. Unless I misheard him.

1,500 hours of footage from their second show on for the Cameron Crowe doc, compressed into a 2.5 hour movie per Mike.

They were talking about Stevie Ray Vaughn, then the caller asked about PJ20 and Rob said "speaking of SRV" and Mike goes "yeah, same place."

SRV died in a helicopter crash after a show at Alpine Valley.
