So, Rosie found out some things she shouldn't have while working for the escort service and was killed for that? Or was she killed because her father killed that guy with the tattoo's father years ago?
And, somehow, someone saw an opportunity to then pin the murder on the politician?

What?
I have to think that the Mayor is involved in all of this somehow.

Yeah this show was mostly red herrings for 40 mins then 2 mins of crazy twist at the end, so I bet it's not as clear as tat guy did it. I kinda hope it is though, the plot is going nowhere...

I'm tired of the Richmond scenes in the hospital. They need to find a way to advance that storyline, I just don't care about him. I don't think they had any idea how to write the second season. It's like they're writing on-the-fly and feel the need to keep throwing red herring's out there to advance the story, albeit very slowly. I'm getting pretty frustrated with this show. If they get a third season; it might help to ditch the one episode=one day in the investigation progression.
I'm commited to the show, but like you guys, its become tiresome - and, not just because they haven't revealed the killer yet. Holder's the only interesting character on the show.

I don't even know WHY i am still watching. I guess even with my utter disgust over the season finale last year that I am just hooked. Is it just me or is the main character just the worst mom ever? Shit, if I was her kid, I would have called CPS my self fucking LAST season.

I actually enjoyed the episode. I've given up on finding out the killer, just enjoy watching some of the interactions and the mood the show creates. A lot is far fetched, but despite my annoyance with the progress of the show, I still find it more enjoyable than most anything else on tv these days.
But, yeah, she's pretty despicable as a mother. Really messed up priorities. Same with the other mother, Mitch, who just abandoned her family.
I'll be interested to see if there's any Native American backlash with last night's episode. They barely have much exposure on television, and this show painted them in a very negative light in that episode. Maybe there'll be some kind of sympathy plotline that hasn't been exposed yet.

The mood of the show is what I think has kept me hooked, And I am sure Native American will be pissed off at the show in about two minutes. I think my favorite line was when the rosie's boyfriend told Holder he was white.
Ugh. Come on. There is no way on Earth that the casino lady is that stupid. No way. The laws protecting sovereignty on Native American land do not include cop killing and calling the cop's partner while it's happening. BS
Also every time Linden says "Holder" I keep hearing "Mulder".
