After being ridiculously wrong about what I thought may happen over the past few weeks, I am just going to sit back and enjoy this one. Unfortunately, I have a feeling that the big gun fight they showed in last week's trailer may not happen until the last five minutes, meaning next week's episode will be the one to watch...then again...I have been wrong many, many times about this show...

This was a pretty exciting episode.
I bet you that they wrote in those two middle eastern store owners so that they could show that middle eastern people are good guys as well as the bad guys. Chances are they saw the reaction from people and saw that Kiefer's little speech wasn't doing much good so they wrote that in there.
Damn, I didn't really like Michelle when she showed up. She seemed like a bitch. But slowly she's starting to turn back into the old Michelle. I'm thinking that something might happen between her and Tony.
Sucks about Paul and I don't think that he is going to survive this.
Jack and his woman are on thin ice and if Paul dies I don't know if she'll continue on with him. She's really seen a different side of him today.
Looks like the thing with the President is going to start next week since during tonight's episode they said that the president will be in the air for another hour.

Not a bad episode. The preview for next week looks really good. I hope this season turns around soon. After the first 5 or 6 episodes I thought this might be the best season yet, but it's seem to have lost steam over the past few weeks.

i agree and i think it is because we have lost a sense of where the season is going. but if they pull something off like shooting down air force one i think it will solidify itself as the best season of the series.

Good episode, but that scene with the Arab storeowners was heavy-handed and felt a bit askew with the tone of the show. In a word, it was lame, though I can't argue against the scene's intent.
Pretty predictable that Paul gets shot, yes?
I'm a little miffed at that EMP from last week, too. Unless the company is hiding something much bigger, that seems like a rash and stupid decision on their part; one I don't find realistic. Enh.
Overall, this week was good.

yeah, i guess there will be something that they will need her for and she's going to be helping jack, obviously. it was easy to tell that they were running low on workers at CTU so it would make sense to bring her back.
