I didn't see it, but some friends told me that the Rock came out of the closet on the Ellen Degenerous show.

Now, I know he's married...and I'm not confusing his real life with the character he's playing in Be Cool.

But did anyone else see it or have any news on the topic?

I saw Ellen. I think he's gay.

I saw it on the Daily Show, so it's obviously news.

I'm pretty sure it's because he played a gay bodygaurd in Be Cool that new flick with Travolta and Thurman. It was pretty funny, Vince Vaughn was hillarious...I doubt he's gay, maybe bi.

You have to have seen Ellen. He was talking about the character and how he could relate to him because he was a struggling actor and he was gay. Then he's interupted by a voice off stage, and he raises both eyebrows and says, "yeah," with the implication of "yes, I just said what you think I said."

He truly appeared to have come out of the closet at that moment.

Although I believe this is his business...

I saw the Ellen episode. I think he was referring to relating to the struggling actor part of his character from Be Cool.

Sure it's possible that he's gay - there have always been rumours of homosexuality in the wrestling industry - but he is married with a child.

Does anyone remember when Rob Halford came out of the closet? He didn't lose a single fan. I don't care if he's straight, gay, or a fuckin German Shepard. Rob Halford is the most metal frontman ever.

You guys should think positive about the Rock as well.
