Consistenly good, never great.
I pretty much agree, with a few exceptions. The wedding episode was one of the funniest single tv episodes ever. I always enjoyed it though. Just a small step below Cheers and Seinfeld.

I can't imagine the market is big enough to justify it right now. Seriously, I think the 5 of you that liked it, might be the only people in the US that liked it.

I watched this when I was like 12

I loved the show the first couple of seasons. The Christmas episode was classic with Lowell screwing up the lyrics to Christmas songs. "I'll be Joan for Christmas" and "Walking in my winter underwear".
The Las Cruces/Rock Springs episode is probably my favorite, though. "Maybe it was Las Cruces."
To me, the show lost it when the redhead came on the show (Not Alex, the one who was married to John Ritter). She is like Shelley Long on Cheers to me. If I come across Wings and she's in it, I just change the channel.

I remember watching the show on a regular basis. It wasn't great but it was enjoyable. I also remember back when I was a huge Clint Black fan and watching the episode "I Love Brian" he appeared in. I thought that was so cool.

By this logic, there'd be a lot less tv shows out on DVD already.
I've always enjoyed Wings, but I'd agree it was consistently good, not great. It was on Nick At Nite for awhile, but they've pulled it, I believe.
