The movie sucked giant balls and I think that's been covered....

..But there is a scene where the main characters get hit by a car that made my heart jump. My girlfriend screamed "oh my God!" and covered her eyes. We had to rewind and watch it again.

Maybe it's because we've recently been in an accident but that was one of the best shots I've seen in a while. Totally unexpected and better than the whole movie.

So true. The movie was a turd, but that one scene scared the shit out of me. Executed perfectly.

I know that there was a thread about how much this movie sucked. Absolutly no point to it. But i remember that scene. Its like you see it coming but there is nothing you can do about it. It is a cool shot.

Not good, but the shots where they get sucked off into the sky are neat-o.

Not a good movie, but the guy that played the alcoholic ex-hockey player bears a stunning resemblance to actual hockey player Bill Guerin

Saw Adaptation; this scene was nothing compared to that movie's sudden wreck.

Julianne Moore in her panties made me masturbate on the spot. My mother was not pleased. :?

I would hope my mom would slap the shit out of me if she caught me masturbating to Julianne Moore. Luckily when she caught me doing it to Natalie Portman, she gave me the thumbs up. We must have the same good taste.

I saw this a couple of weeks ago, and I completely agree with you. That scene was so unexpected and so realistic that it jarred me more than any horror movie ever has, except maybe the original Halloween.

Great scene, shitty movie though.

I had such high hopes for this movie when I saw previews at the Theatre. It was pretty promising for the first 30 minutes but fell off a cliff.

Isn't that dude in the picture the drunk cop from "The Wire"? He also looks like Randy Spears. :)

hahaha, in addition to randy spears, the dude from the wire (who i still think it might be), and bill guerin, he looks like the "Goulia" dude from the Wedding Singer.

Yes. I think he's also in Rock Star. I guess he has a bad habit of appearing in shitty movies. At least The Wire is good.
