What a film, the argument at dinner between Walhberg, Shwartzmen and the religous family was a delight.

I work at a video store and at least five of us rented it and not one of us made it til the end. Quite a disappointment IMO

That part is hilarious. I thought Wahlberg was by far the best part of the film. He was great.

As a whole, I was a bit disappointed with the film as well. I'm glad I saw it and I enjoyed it, but I don't have much desire to ever watch it again.

Wahlberg was hilarious, the scene in which he runs into a apartment, only to find Shwartsman with the Nihilist Author was great and the dialouge was very unique. One of the things I liked, was the critisims on society in the movie.

Yeah, this scene and the dinner scene are excellent. But my favorite would have to be this one, for no reason:

Schwartzman: "So, by combining two similar yet divergent philosophies, you've revealed the true meaning of my question?"

*runs off*

Excellent movie. Went and bought it, the regual non-special edition, I get home and there are two disc's in it and it was the special edition. I was quite shocked, and thought it was one of the many packing errors. Cause I've gotten double disc's before and they were both the same disc. I've seen all the defects too by having had worked at rental places. The opening of the movie with The Rock poem is genius. Commentary by Russell on the movie is really educational in a normal guy's kinda way. Definetly reccomend this movie. :D

I :heartbeat: this movie. I need to buy it. Yes it was very off-the-wall and hard to follow at times. But i loved the dialogue, especially between Wahlberg and Schwartzman.
