I'm gonna take it easy tonight (I blew $27 at the fanciest bar in town last night), and am about to go rent a video. Shoot, I'm on break, I've taken it "easy" everynight.
Right now, I'm leaning towards Natural Born Killers, I haven't seen it since I was 12. JFK is also looking mighty appealing, but I'm absolutely not in the mood for any of his war films. And I've seen The Doors nearly a dozen times.
So help me out, friends

i say choose another director. Or get one you haven't seen yet.
With the exception of The Doors I'm not too familiar with Stone, that's why I'm renting one of his films.

Out of those two?
JFK. But don't expect it to shed light on any conspiracy theories. The movie is mostly bullshit. Stone conjured up "facts" for the sake of entertainment. And entertaining it is.
I liked Wall Street. Michael Douglas is perfect for 80's greed.

I rented Natural Born Killers...fucked up movie. Maybe a bit extreme, but its interesting nonetheless. I reacted to it way differently as a kid than as an adult. I guess I've been desensitized

how did you react to it?
When I was a kid I was basically horified. Now it just seemed a bit demented, some of the killings were more slapstick then anything. Maybe it was because I had seen it before and knew where the story was going (overall I forget who all got shot in the movie). I dunno.

Should've gone for Wall Street, Matt.

I've seen Born on the 4th of July - absolutely harrowing, and a great anti-war flick.
