If I had to pick a favorite few seconds from the whole series, it would be (from the TV movie, so don't read if you haven't watched it)

Spoiler: show
the part where Mike G. is having a dream and G says "Last one out is a rotten egg!" and skips across the lobby.

It is an incredible companion piece to the first couple of seasons.

I've got this on my Kindle (and a real copy lost either somewhere in my apartment or my parents' basement) and really want to get down to it, there just isn't any time. Maybe just a few pages a week to get it going.

After finishing season four and realizing that I no longer have a netflix account or any more DVDs, I get to watch the white glove killer episodes from season three again. I'm very excited!

these were the first episodes I watched. I fondly remember drawing that conclusion along with Pembleton re: JMJ.

I love how, outside of the investigative units, there are approximately 3 beat cops on all of Baltimore. The old black guy, the masculine looking chick, and the totally lost looking white guy.

It's been a while since I've seen that episode.

I don't know if either of you have watched "Luther," but the last two episodes of Season 2 are a shockingly close rip-off of a Homicide Episode.

I will now. This news has moved it past breaking bad on my list of shows to watch after I finish Game of Thrones.

I won't tell you which one, of course. There are only 6 episodes in Season 1 and 4 in Season 2, so it won't take you long to watch.

I've been re-watching the series lately, and it's striking the second time around how lost the Munch character is without Bolander there.
