My local video store has had the poster up forever, but they never have the movie. I really want to see it. Is is better than Roujin Z or Memories?

I haven't seen Roujin Z; already seen Memories.
I didn't much like Cannon Fodder from Memories, Stink Bomb was my favorite of the 3 Episodes.
Steamboy is visually fantastic and it's action packed; you won't be disappointed for sure.
