I know that may seem like an odd choice, but that guy makes me laugh the most, especailly in the more recent seasons.

Definitely Butters....or should I say, Professor Chaos!

My girlfriend swears I must have been like Butters when I was a kid, which is an even worse thing to admit. I love all the wretched crap they do to him on the show though, it's hilarious.
