 Who the HELL decided to put an "Explict Content" label onto the front of the Dave Navarro book "don't try this at home"?

That completely and totally pisses me off -- so we're now going to put these on what, all books? So "Gone With The Wind" will have one of these now too?

WTF.

Thanks Tipper, if you hadn't been so lazy as to not want to be bothered looking at the content of products for appropriateness for your children and assume that all parents couldn't do this (for lack of time or willingness), the rest of us ADULTS wouldn't have to deal with these stupid ass "labels" being put on everything under the sun.

~ rant over ~

Harumph!

Labels are stupid, and they dont work beyond letting kids know where the good stuff is.

I mean, when I was younger the books, music, movies and television shows that I wanted to be exposed to were all the ones that I was told I was not supposed to read, listen to, or watch

its pointless

now I'm sick of presenting an ID for movies and music that are rated R or have explicit labels in some stores that card for that stuff. It's annoying and stupid.
