Six excellent zombie movies in one pack, and for a damn good price. I know not many on this board share my love of zombie movies, but this is great news for those of us who do. The movies are:

Hell of the Living Dead - Bruno Mattei. If you recognize this (possibly misspelled) name, you know what you're in for. Cheesy, bloody, and strange.

City of the Living Dead - excellent Fulci movie in which the seven gates of hell are opened (which seems to happen alot in Fulci-land) and a girl vomits up her own intestines. There is also an evil Priest.

Let Sleeping Corpses Lie - the one I'm most looking forward to. A British movie that features some of the first zombies in color, this one is a variation of Night of the Living Dead, in which a man and his girlfriend happen upon a town full of zombies. Hilarity ensues.

House By the Cemetery - another Fulci movie (although not as good as CotLD), this one involves a mad scientist living in a families basement. A lesser Fulci movie, but still decent if you're in the mood.

Nightmare City - Unberto Lenzi movie. A toxic spill causes people to turn into zombie-like creatures, except that they run around and occasionally do martial arts. Awesome.

Dead Heat - I've never actually seen this one, but it involves a zombie detective who is decomposing as he solves a case.

This thread will soon sink into oblivion, but for anyone interested in zombies or horror in general this is a must buy.

Anchor Bay is the company putting it out, and they have done a few other six packs. They're always based around a different theme (satan, killer animals, etc).

I'm excited too. I can't wait for the Walking Dead pack! I've wanted City of the Living Dead and House By The Cemetery forever, but now I get those plus four others for cheaper than I could find either of those two. Fuck yeah!

You're out of your mind bro. There's mad love for the zombie flics around here. I won't be picking it up next week as I'll be on vacation, but rest assured it's a definite before Halloween purchase. The Fulci movies alone would be worth the price.

Does this mean that your woman is into zombie movies?

I, on the other hand, turned my girl into a zombie whore.

I thought a snappy title would do the thread some good. My gf is actually terrified of zombies, so I'm easing her into them. We've been through all of the Romero zombie movies (she had seen Night before we started dating, which is what initiated her fear). I think I'll show her The Beyond next, and gauge her reaction to Fulci zombies. I've always thought they were much scarier than Romero's, so we'll see if she can handle the finale.

Hey, if she's tolerant enough to watch them then there's hope. I started mine off with Dawn baby. When she loved it, I knew she was a keeper. 8)

Yeah, but they don't actually have it in stock. "We'll ship it to you when it comes in" = "We'll wait two months and then just give you a refund when we still dont have it."

So has anyone actually found this yet? I looked while I was out today and didn't see it anywhere.

Nothing like those movies at Christmas though, right?

I would pay $17 for it through deep discount for sure, but as mentioned earlier, they don't have it in stock. I thought for sure that best buy would have it, but no dice.

Plus, it's $30 at BB.

Eh, fuck that. I'm keeping my eye on deep discount.
