i'm inclined to say the art in one piece is better, but i still need to see more examples.

DBZ is pretty old...and, if I understand correctly, One Piece is a newer show...so the art is going to be better in One Piece more so than DBZ...though the last bit of DBZ (buu on) looked really good.
