I'll be going to see this tomorrow, who else is going?

From what I've seen, I have suspicions this may be even better than the fantastic Nightmare Before Christmas. Here's hoping! :D

I definitely want to see it. I haven't been to the movies since "The Devil's Rejects" so I'm definitely looking forward to it.

A close friend of mine saw an early screening and told me not to get my hopes up because it's pretty much exactly what you'd expect.

Very true. a friend of mine would wear her Jack shirt all the time before Hot Topic bought clothing rights and such. That was a couple of years ago, but now-a-days you cant walk three feet out in public without seeing some sort of nightmare before christmas wear.

Saw a sneak preview. Very good movie, although, yes predictable. But still, it's funny, the animation is beyond mind-boggling and it's an enjoyable hour and half(less I think.)

Yeah, doesn't really look like something that will break the mold. I probably won't see it.

It wasn't that great.

The visuals, surprisingly, were underwhelming, the characters were paper-thin and horribly cliche, the story was all too familiar and predictable, the jokes were extremely corny...you get it.

I went into this movie hoping to be impressed, but I wasn't. It just was kind of an all around "blah" movie...I'll probably forget everything about it by the end of the weekend.

It's annoying, since I feel like these fucks have taken a piece of my child hood and capitalized on it. Grrr. :x :x

I've heard it wasn't that great, but seeing how I love Tim Burton and TNBC I'll probably see it.

I saw this earlier today.

It was alright....I'm not giving much more of a review than that. Not bad, but certainly nothing spectacular.

I saw it today. It was alright, but Tim Burton's "hey look, everything's dark!" schtick is starting to get old for me.

That's sorta how I'm feeling too. I know Hot Topic capitalized on TNBC, but it seems like everything is some sort of Hot Topic quote ready to be printed on a shirt. Like the Willy Wonka stuff... I don't know.

But from the commercials, the animation looks really smooth and rounded. I liked the choppy look of TNBC. It wasn't bad, but it didn't look over-stylized.
