This is the funniest and most insightful episode I've seen of this series. Anyone who is a fan of Dave should check it out. He's really opened up. Hell, even non-fans should watch this.

How long ago did they film it?
If it's recent.....what are they saying about the future of Chappelle's Show? Season 3...or at least part of Season 3? Or have they completely bagged the show?

It's very recent. I didn't catch the beginning, but from what I've heard, he's said he wouldn't be against doing the show again, and Comedy Central's said they're always ready to do it (obviously).

Yeah, from the sounds of it he just had a nervous breakdown. Years of working with little recognition and then immediate fame. I guess I can't blame him. I wouldn't be surprised to see him back on Comedy Central by next fall.

id like to know too, but she tried to get all controvercial with him and she asked if he had a mental breakdown and fled to africa to enter a hospital, and he looked her in the fat eyes and asked her why the hell would he leave the united states to go to the hospital in a 3rd world country. Oprahs a fat moron. only middle aged white housewives think shes important.

She tried to get controversial? That's what every newspaper was saying: he had a breakdown and went to Africa to a hospital.
If he didn't like Oprah, he wouldn't have gone on the show.

His Oprah appearance is on Youtube. I didn't think he flipped out on her at all. He didn't do a very good job of explaining why he went to Africa and I thought his Oprah appearance was pretty weak. He seemed crazy. I hope his Actor's Studio appearance was more coherent.

Nice. Folow up Question: Has he had a total falling out w/ Charlie Murphy? What about Donnell? You can't have Chappelle's show without the side characters unfortunately...

The parts I watched were pretty funny.
He was smoking weed? Seriously? I thought I saw him with a rolling paper in his hand and i just dismissed it. He just sat there in front of an auditorium full of people and smoked wee on tv?
